Mercy Ebosele was born on the 25th of July, in Oyo State Nigeria. Mercy hails from Edo State but had her up-bringing in Oyo State. She is the sixth child in a family of seven children.
Mercy had her primary and secondary education at the famous Memorial primary school and Oba Adeyemi school in Oyo state where she obtained her first and secondary school certificates respectively.
Mercy later went to the University of Ibadan where she bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts.
Mercy Ebosele began her journey into acting dated back to her secondary school days when she used to act drama and stage plays.
She joined the Nigerian Movie Industry (Nollywood) in 2003 and rose to fame after starring in a number of hit movies including Adura, Tibitire, Soko Soko, Alabela, Dodo among others.
Mercy Ebosele is also a producer and has successfully produced several movies, some of which are Ibisan, Anike, Adufe and Febesola which happens to be her first movie production.
